He is a Master in Renewable Energies. He is a specialist in electricity and gas regulation, energy mining law, residential public services and contentious-administrative law.
He was a member of some law firms, he was linked to companies such as Codensa, Emgesa, ISA, Celsia and Gas Natural (Vanti).

He is also an arbitrator, litigator and professor at the Externado University.
